Refund policy
Your entitlement to a refund
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of receipt of the original order for the following reasons:
- If the item is faulty or is of unacceptable quality.
- If the item does not fit.
- If we sent the wrong item.
*Please note refunds/exchanges are not given simply for change of mind.
Condition of returned products
All products must be returned new and in the same condition as they were sent, with labels attached, unworn, unused and not soiled or damaged.
We reserve the right to assess the condition of all returned products prior to offering a refund. This may result in a refund being refused by us, and the product being returned to you at your expense.
Returning/exchanging products to us
In the event you believe that any of the above apply to you and consequently, you believe that you are entitled to a refund, you must provide us with:
- Your full name and address;
- The original order number and original proof of purchase/receipt;
- The reason for claiming the refund.
- The item you wish to return/exchange.
Return delivery charges
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable, unless in the case of our error in shipping an incorrect or faulty product to you. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanging products
Exchanges incur a restocking fee of $15. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
Incorrect or defective/damaged item
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can tend to your request as efficiently as possible.
- Incorrect or damaged items will be replaced at our cost.
- If you need a replacement or received an incorrect item, send an email to brad@goldfeveraustralia.com.au
- In your email please include a photo of the item received and a copy of your original order receipt.
Providing refunds to you
After assessing the condition of the returned products and if your refund is approved, we will send you an email confirming that your refund has been issued.
All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to purchase the products. There may be delays in the provision of the refund that may be caused by the issuing bank. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 21 days of us notifying you that a refund has been issued.
